These shots are scans of some photographs I took in July 1990 at Liverpool. Cunard were celebrating their 150th Anniversary, and the QE2 visited Liverpool, which was a legendary port for Cunard Liners in the old days. It was a beautiful Sunny day, and the old Queen travelled up the River Mersey escorted by Fire Boats, and looked very impressive. It was a very memorable event, and attended by very large crowds, who lined the banks of the Mersey to get a sight of her.
