Hello, my name is Alan, and this gallery contains a number of photographs, all with a Maritime related theme. I've always been a big fan of ships and all things nautical, and this goes back to an earlier period of my life that I spent at sea. Some of the pictures currently displayed in this gallery are scans of old prints and slides taken many years ago, but there are also a number of newer 'digital' images, and I do plan to make a few more trips to the coast, most likely nearby Liverpool or other parts of the north west coast whenever time and opportunity permits, and will hopefully be adding many newer shots in the coming months.
